“Nouvelle Société AMADIR”, founded in 1950, specializes in the production and marketing of canned fish (sardines and mackerel) carefully selected and harvested on the Moroccan coast.

Our production policy is aimed strictly on the quality of the raw materials; our suppliers are subject to frequent audits and controls carried out by our in-house laboratory.

A wide range of products made from sardines and mackerels:
– Different sauces: vegetable oils (olive, sunflower, and soybean), tomato sauce, spicy (hot chili), with lemon, in brine…
– Depending on needs of the customer different sizes of cans are used: 125g, 155g, 375g, 425g…
– Products under own brand or filled in private label of our clients in different types of presentation: tinplate or aluminum, illustrated or under cases.

Anuga in Cologne from 10 to 14 October 2015 records an excellent number of registrations for all 10 trade fairs. A few months before it begins, the world’s biggest and most important business platform for the international food industry is fully booked. Once again, around 6,800 exhibitors from around 100 countries are expected at the fair. Anuga spans the entire Cologne fair grounds, i.e. 284,000 m² of gross exhibition space.
